Pod leads (LATAM nearshore)
You lead small teams that deliver real operational outcomes. Spanish-speaking, comfortable in fast-iteration environments and direct client contact.
Process & change specialists
You map operations, surface bottlenecks, design the new workflow and stay until it actually runs. Process intelligence, RPA and AI familiarity is a plus.
Applied AI engineers
You have shipped LLM-powered tooling in real production environments — agents, copilots, automations — with measurable ROI before the press release.
Customer service, back-office and sales operators
You have experience in customer service, document management, collections, outbound sales or technical support and want a professional environment with ongoing training, stability and career progression. Nearshore from LATAM, European hours.

Our delivery model is nearshore from LATAM into Spanish mid-market clients. That means most pod leads and operators are based in LATAM, while engagement leadership and client-facing roles sit in Spain.
We are deliberately distributed and async-friendly — but we also overlap deeply with our clients’ working hours. You should be comfortable with both.
