Our team brings together seasoned consultants, engineers, operators, and AI practitioners — most of them with 10+ years of experience in the problems we solve. We do not lead with juniors. The work we are paid to do is the work we actually do.

Our story

From ZoomWorkers to Xternus.

We did not start as a consulting firm. We started as operators with a problem. The model you see today is the answer we built for ourselves before we offered it to anyone else.

2017 – 2023

Living the complexity of growth

We launched and scaled companies across multiple sectors. Facing the lack of accessible talent, we learned to build offshore teams and discovered it was a problem every growing business shares.

2024

From our problem to a market solution

We launched as ZoomWorkers, turning what had been an internal need into a service: remote teams ready to scale fast and without friction.

2024 (H2)

Learning alongside other leaders

We shared our experience through webinars and content, helping executives understand how to build flexible teams in LATAM and beyond.

2025

Xternus: one step further

We rebranded to Xternus to reflect what we actually do — not just provide people, but build systems that integrate talent, processes, and AI to transform businesses.
